I checked out of hotel today. Before I forget I thought I should mention an absolutely fantastic experience with the wonderful staff who ensured our stay was comfortable. Special thanks to the on-duty shift manager Mr Sanjay for his exceptional service and leadership who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We were here for medical treatment at the nearby clinic/hospital, and I stated special needs to him. It was clear that he took it personally checking in with me daily to make sure room accommodation and special needs were met. I must add that we also enjoyed the in-room dining experience. Food was cooked just perfect to meet special dietary restrictions by the chef Mr Nasib. It was clear he crafted with care and attention. Needless to say our room was spotless everyday, it’s evident the cleanliness is too priority for the hotel management. I strongly recommend reaching out to Zone Connect, Saket and meet Mr. Sanjay & his staff for genuine care to ensure your stay is unforgettable. Thanks to the hotel management and we will definitely be returning on our next visit!!

The manager Mr Sanjay took a personal interest in my well being and comfort! He has a soft demeanour and takes every complaint if any and immediately rectifies it. He was extremely kind and helpful over And above what was needed and ensured my being safe and sound. From the front desk staff to the room attendants , the second floor where we ate our meals the servers were excellent. Even the doorman an ex army gentleman went out of his way to help with cabs . Over all this hotel staff is extremely efficient, kind, soft spoken and go out their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible! They are approachable and friendly and I felt this was my home away from home. Pampered thoroughly! Even after I checked out they made sure I was taken care of and thati reached my destination safely since I was alone! The food is really good too! Extremely centrally located makes it super convenient too. With three big malls attached a mere 100 yards away there is access to everything!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and welcoming hospitality from the front desk staff I can remember the name of Manager Bhuwan. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and restaurant, were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire staff. Everyone I interacted with, from housekeeping to the front desk, was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable.

My comments are based on the general view of Delhi. A busy, noisy and beautiful city. This hotel is located in an area that is far from some of the sights of Delhi. But it is located next to a very large shopping mall. It is less traffic and less noisy than other areas of Delhi. The size of the rooms is sufficient for two people. Breakfast is relatively good. The staff is very polite and helpful.

We spent 16 nights at this hotel and enjoyed a very comfortable and clean hotel room. Room was a good size and plenty of room for our luggage etc. Bablu looked after our room for our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast for us was not a lot of choice as it was mainly Indian food. The doorman was also very helpful as from time to time we had trouble getting our auto.
